ERRATA

• Page 8: Section 1.4.1: The medical device industry’s gross revenues for 2005 in the US were greater than $80 billion (Data from Frost and Sullivan, reported in Standard and Poors Industry survey Sep 2007). (Incorrectly written in text as $35 billion).
• Page 9: Section 1.4.2. Company names are misspelled and should be: GE, Philips, Siemens.
• Page 266: Figure 7.1, x-axis on the graph should have number 18 instead of the 1 currently printed between 16 and 20.
